Food and Beverage Estimates
Our most beloved package, "A Season to Remember" is priced at USD 300 per person, which does not include tax and service fees. A 15.5% service charge, 8.5% administrative fee and 9.4% state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
Wedding Site Fee
We include a USD 5,000 – 8,000 site fee for use of our facilities, with an additional USD 8,000 – 15,000 to privatize the pool terrace. Please check with our team for exact pricing as it is date specific. This fee’s inclusions and enhancements are as follows: fruitwood or black Chivari chairs with ivory pads, live edge aspen cocktail and display tables, two bars for your cocktail reception, two bars for wedding reception, 24×24 dance floor, stage for entertainment, elegant Narumi bone china, Sambonet silverware and Schott Zwiesel Mondial crystal stemware, floor-length linens with coordinating napkins, three clear votive candles per table, patio heaters, fire pits and personalized menu tasting for up to four guests.
Deposits and Space Confirmation
A second deposit is required 90-business days prior to your event (50% of remaining estimated balance, less initial deposit).
Requested dates are considered definite upon receipt of a primary deposit and the signed catering contract. The primary non-refundable deposit is equivalent to 50% of the contracted food and beverage minimum. A second deposit is required 90 business days prior to your event (remaining 50% minimum + site fee). The estimated outstanding balance (pre-payment) is due 30 business days prior to your event, along with a completed credit card authorization form for any remaining balance due at the conclusion of your event.
Guaranteed Number of Guests
A final confirmation or "guarantee" of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 noon, MST, four business days prior to your banquet function. Once the final guarantee is given, this number may not be reduced without penalty.
Additional Labour Fees
Chef Attendant: USD 150 per hour, two-hour minimum (applies only for chef-attended stations)
Coat check: USD 5 per person, per five-hour event
Valet parking is available for your guests at an event rate of USD 55 per car per day. You may host the parking for your guests and have these charges applied to your master account.
Gift Bags & Agendas
Gift bags may be delivered to guest rooms at a fee of USD 5.00 per room if non-personalized, or USD 6.00 per room if personalized. Requests to have gift bags handed out upon guest arrival to the front desk cannot be accommodated; however, we can distribute individual printed agendas at the front desk for a cost of USD 2.00 per room.
Event & Bar Timing
Standard event timing from the start of cocktail hour to conclusion is five hours. Events must conclude by no later than 12:00 midnight. A maximum five-hour package bar is permitted. In compliance with Colorado liquor service laws, requests for hosted after-parties will not be permitted in Remedy Bar or en suite for weddings with five-hour package bar.
Four Seasons Event Policies
Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail is a non-smoking property.
No shots or martinis are permitted to be served from any satellite bar during events.
All outside events must conclude by no later than 10:00 pm. Outdoor access to Terraces will also conclude at 10:00 PM.
Amplified sound cut-off of all banquet event space is 12:00 midnight.
The Patron, and Vendors (as contracted by Patron), is solely responsible for the setup, breakdown and thorough clean-up of all décor and wedding-related event items.
Maximum allowance for bar timing is no longer than 5-hours. Additional bar timing will need to be approved by Resort Leadership before being added to the final timeline.
