- Spa Reservations and Cancellations
- For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend that you schedule your spa treatments in advance. All appointments can be guaranteed with a credit card or room confirmation number. Because we reserve your spa appointment time especially for you, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel your appointment. No shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time will be charged at full treatment rate. We offer our busy guests a reliable timetable; therefore, arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing your full benefit and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest. The full treatment price will apply.
- Check-In
- We suggest you arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, providing you with enough time to relax before your service. Feel free to dress down to your comfort level for any Spa service, as our team of professionals is skilled in proper draping techniques to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
- Minimum Age Requirements
- Guests must be ages 16 or over to enjoy spa services and must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16 or over may also enjoy the locker rooms, including the steam room with the presence of a parent or guardian. Children ages 16 or under will not be permitted into the Spa under any circumstances.
- Gratuity
- For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added for each service on your final bill.
- Personal Items
- We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you in your treatment suite during your visit.
- Spa Boutique
- To continue your spa regimen at home, spa products used in services are available in our Spa Boutique. A selection of wellness lifestyle products, accessories and gift cards are also available.
- Guests
- The Spa welcomes residential, hotel and outside guests for any of our treatments. Please note that the use of the Fitness Centre is reserved for hotel guests and residents.
- Digital Disconnection
- The Spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a serene setting. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone and other electronic devices.
