Get to know one of the premier beef producers in the U.S. with an exclusive gastronomic experience that takes you from the Rockies to the chef’s table at Flame restaurant.
Join Four Seasons Executive Chef Marcus Stewart on a private helicopter flight over 7X Cattle Company’s ranch in Colorado’s scenic high country. Here, a special herd of cattle roams the meadows along the western slopes of the Rocky Mountains. The ranch is the source of the 100 percent Japanese beef at the centre of Flame’s modern steakhouse menu at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. After your aerial tour, sit down with 7X team members over lunch in Aspen and learn about the company’s sustainable practices, which produce some of the tenderest, tastiest beef in the United States.
After lunch, you’ll be chauffeured to nearby Basalt, where Woody Creek Distillers produces craft vodka, rye whiskey and gin. The Resort’s Director of Beverage, Steven Teaver, will meet you here for an exclusive tour and tasting designed to capture the magic of the mountains in a glass (or two). Return to Vail by helicopter with a new perspective on the products that spring from the landscape below.
Back at the Resort, take a seat at the chef’s table inside Flame’s kitchen for an intimate dinner as Stewart walks you through various preparations of signature appetizers and 7X steak, bringing this one-of-a-kind experience full circle.
You’ll bring the flavour of the Rockies home with you in an assortment of 7X products and Flame’s signature spice rubs, and several shipments of 7X beef will be sent to your home over the next year.
Experience available from May to October and subject to weather conditions.
