Take a seat at the Mei Ume counter and experience a selection of six bespoke nigiri, paired with a mini cocktail flight.

: Guests must be 18 years or older.
Please inform our Concierge if any guests in your party have special dietary needs, restrictions or food allergies.
: This experience is hosted on site at our restaurant Mei Ume.
The sushi counter experience is available every Monday to Saturday for dinner (6:00 pm to 9:30 pm).
Enhancements such as champagne or wine can be added for an additional fee.
Price is subject to a 15% service charge.
Dress is smart casual (no ripped jeans, shorts or flip-flops).
