Things To Know

: Guests must be ages 18 or older.
Guests ages 14 to 17 will require a waiver to be completed by a guardian.
: Please arrive at The Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate the extension of scheduled treatments due to late arrival.
For day spa guests, an additional charge of JPY 6,325 will apply for use of our spa facilities.
: We welcome you to enjoy our complimentary spa facilities, including steam room, ofuro (Japanese hot bath), showers, lockers with a robe and slippers.
: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to change or cancel the treatment to avoid any cancellation charge.
