Chef Nakamichi awarded 6 stars by Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017
Following the announcement of the 2017 Michelin Guide Hokkaido, MOTIF’s culinary advisor Chef Hiroshi Nakamichi has been crowned with a total of 6 Michelin stars. Molière in Sapporo became the only restaurant in Hokkaido who has retained its three stars.

Bi.blé (Biei) – 1 star
L’enfant qui reve (Sapporo) – 1 star
To celebrate and respect Chef Nakamichi’s great achievement, MOTIF offers special tasting course ESPRIT featuring Moliere’s signature dishes. This special course is available from June 1, 2017.
