Russian heritage infuses all our group activities, whether on our premises or off-site. Introduce your attendees to the country’s most famous food and drink – caviar and vodka – give them a backstage pass to a storied ballet theatre, encourage exploration via St. Petersburg’s many waterways or enable them to learn how to make culinary masterpieces in our kitchen.
- Ceremonial Performance
Our Russian welcome ceremony offers a warm reception in St. Petersburg for your group, replete with tradition, from the bread-and-salt ritual to the local, costumed musicians performing Russian folk music.
- Royal Protocol
A caviar-and-vodka tasting teaches and satisfies the taste buds. Participants will sample several types of the best caviars, served on ice with tiny blinis and traditional condiments. Your instructor will explain the types of caviar and demonstrate the royal way to enjoy it. Nothing complements the flavours better than our vodka tasting, consisting of three types of various spirits. Our bartenders will tell a story about each one and show guests the proper way to drink it.
- Culinary Secrets
One of the most engaging activities provided by our talented food and beverage team, our cooking masterclass demonstrates how to make everything from home-style ravioli to a Michelin-starred dessert.
- Backstage Ballet
Provide your guests an exclusive opportunity to walk through the heart of one of the most famous Russian ballet theatres, Mikhailovsky Theatre. Your group will watch the artists preparing for the upcoming performance, then step onto the stage behind the closed curtain and see the decorations up-close before sitting down to enjoy the show.
- White Nights
Plan a private boat tour along one or more of St. Petersburg’s 90 rivers and channels. Outstanding Four Seasons catering onboard will create an unforgettable experience. If members of your group visits during the white nights – a period from May to July – they’ll witness a bright sky 24 hours a day.
