Your guests can tour our vast country with our Russian Journey Menu, which includes such specialties as Fabergé egg with sturgeon caviar, green asparagus and egg-white mousse; Karelian trout with kohlrabi, dill and green apple; and, Kamchatka crab salad served in a vodka half-bottle.

Hold a family gathering or an exclusive business dinner in one of our private-dining rooms. Percorso’s larger space, Antinori, seats up to 24 people while its smaller dining room can accommodate up to 12. Both offer Italian cuisine served family-style. In Sintoho’s Teppan Room, up to eight guests can observe skilled chefs prepare a meal on the sizzling-hot teppanyaki grill.

At The Tea Lounge, guests may start their day with a continental or Russian-style breakfast, indulge in dessert – French or local sweets – or take tea in three different ways, traditional English or two variations of Russian. An all-day menu bears an array of options, including caviar, beef stroganoff and Siberian venison.

Denis Prokhorov, Executive Sous Chef
A native of St. Petersburg, Chef Denis Prokhorov learned to cook traditional Russian cuisine from his grandmother, who was a professional chef herself. He has worked at Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace since 2013 and loves to combine traditional recipes with the latest technology.
