Filled with fresh flowers and greenery year-round, our bright and airy, glass-roofed lounge is where you go to spend an afternoon catching up with friends over lunch, pairing the meal with a warm glass of mulled wine in the winter.

    Il Pranzo della Domenica

Chef Valerio Andrisani recreates his favourite childhood memory, when the whole family would come together for a slow Sunday meal, and invites you and your loved ones to join him for a menu of hearty dishes at Percorso, with a soundtrack of Italian music setting a merry mood from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.

Matteo Guida

Executive Chef

Chef Matteo believes that the main condition for a restaurant’s success is the constant attention to highest quality of fresh products in the kitchen. It is the chef’s responsibility to open, accentuate and combine the flavours of the best ingredients he can find. This is the very principle Matteo follows when updating the menu concepts for Percorso, Sintoho and Tea Lounge as well as banquet menus for many functions taking place in our Hotel.
