Denis ProkhorovExecutive Chef
Denis Prokhorov is inspired by the people he works with, old cookbooks, memories from his travels and the legendary chefs he has met. In the kitchen he strives to show guests an authentic taste through new textures and combinations. His incredible thirst for knowledge and improvement, as well as hard work, made Denis the star Chef of the Lion Palace. For five years, he went through all the restaurant departments of the Hotel, and in 2017 he became the executive Sous-Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg.
