Street Art Museum is situated on the acting Laminated Plastics factory in the East of Saint Petersburg. Unification of industrial post-soviet ethics, the nerve of real life and young street art is the main thesis of the project. Allocated on the acting factory far from historical center and the main arteries of the cultural life, the Museum has become an attractive spot for an active public during last two summer seasons since 2014. The territory of the Museum is divided into two separate zones – permanent exposition on the factory territory and open public space – the venue for temporary exhibitions and large-scale events. The factory space hidden from public eye is where the permanent exposition of wall paintings or “murals” made by contemporary artists is. We have arranged for art supplies for you so you may leave your masterpiece on one of the walls.
Paint your own Matreshka

We invite you to a special Matreshka workshop, where you can paint your very own one and keep it as a memory of your visit. While you are grasping the basics of the art, the master will tell you a lot of historical tales, explain the history behind the wooden symbol of Russia and assist you in crating your masterpiece.
