Spa Information & Etiquette:
We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure desired times are available. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card or room confirmation number. Spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advanced notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. A fifty percent charge will be applied to appointments that are cancelled or changed within four hours of the treatment. Failure to arrive for a scheduled treatment will result in a charge equal to the full value of the treatment. Group reservations may require contractual agreement.

Locker Rooms: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Spa Treatments: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Spa guests must be 16 years of age and over to receive any spa service.
We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to check-in, change and enjoy our facilities. A locker, robe, and slippers will be provided upon your arrival. Additionally, we invite you to take time to enjoy the relaxation facilities to unwind and prepare for your spa experience. Our therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy. However, undergarments may be worn during treatments, if you wish.
The spa is a cellphone-free zone. To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we require that cell phones and electronic devices are turned to silent and used discreetly during your visit. For the privacy of others, photographs, videos or other social media recording must not be taken inside the spa facilities.
Kindly inform us of any special needs that require additional attention. If you are pregnant, certain treatments may not be recommended and must be in 2nd or 3rd trimester to receive spa service. Alcohol is not recommended before, during, or immediately following spa treatments.
Please do not bring valuables to the spa. The spa and hotel are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Before leaving for the day, please check that you have not left any personal items behind in your locker or in the spa facilities.
We kindly ask that you notify Spa Reservations if you need to cancel appointments. 50% of the price of the service will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice. No shows are charged the cost of full treatment price.
Gratuities are not included in service pricing with the exception of Spa Packages.
For the ultimate experience please allow yourself 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy the luxurious spa facilities and prepare the mind and body for the treatment to follow. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time.
The minimum age requirement for unaccompanied access to The Spa is 16.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation.
Please allow The Spa receptionist to guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time. Body treatments may be booked after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
Use of mobile phones is not permitted.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.
To continue your spa regime at home, all products used in our treatments are available for purchase on departure.
