Giovanni Speciale

Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary Operations

Hailing from Italy, Chef Giovanni pulls from his more than two decades of culinary expertise honed in award-winning kitchens around the world, including three Four Seasons kitchens across Asia. When he’s not overseeing all of the culinary operations at the Hotel, you can find Chef Gio practicing the martial art of tai chi or enjoying long walks through Singapore’s parks with his family.

    Dive into the signature seafood tower, a dedicated salad bar and a spread of appetizers bursting with fresh flavours. Indulge further with over 10 hot mains including four live stations – roasted milk-fed veal rack from the butcher’s trolley, seared foie gras, beef bourguignon and One-Ninety Singapore laksa. Round up the celebration with over 20 handpicked varieties of cheese and a selection of desserts. Little ones can look forward to bouncy castles and more at the Kids Playzone.
