Sanchoku Wagyu Tomohawk
Sourced from the finest Japanese Wagyu genetics, Sanchoku Wagyu is famous for its high quality texture and delicious flavour. During this month, Chef Edward’s two signature dishes of Sanchoku Wagyu Tomahawk and 300 days plus grain fed Australian Wagyu are the ones that not to be missed.
