Originally aspiring to be a cruise chef and inspired by his love for travel and gastronomy, Chef Spadaro later discovered his true calling in Italian fine dining, gaining experience at renowned restaurants in Italy. As a content father of two Italian-Korean children, he embraced Korea and continues to create culinary wonders. At Boccalino, he seamlessly combines the rich culinary heritage of his homeland with fresh local ingredients and subtle Korean flavour accents, aligning with the focus on contemporary renditions of classic Southern Italian dishes.
