Overview

Embark on a guided walk to welcome focused attention and mindful breathing within the calm embrace of nature. On this silent walk, you'll step out of normal perception by bringing full awareness to the present moment, consciously engaging your senses within our lush gardens.

Things To Know

: Guests must be 16 years or older to participate.
A parent or legal guardian must supervise participants under age 18.
: This session is hosted at the Resort.
Please check in 10 minutes prior at the Sensei Experience Desk.
