Wines include two Washington and two French rosés: Anew Rosé, Columbia Valley; Fleurs de Prairie, Rosé Côtes de Provence; Charles & Charles, Columbia Valley; and M. Chapoutier, Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône, as well as a sparking wine: Jaillance Rosé, Crémant de Bordeaux.

Father’s Day Steak Dinner

Treat Dad to a special three-course Steak Dinner in Goldfinch Tavern. Wagyu beef, dry aged bone-in ribeye; tenderloin & lobster; and the ultimate wagyu burger take the mainstage, along with grilled asparagus, potato puree, creamed spinach, and a selection of sauces. For appetizer elect from a hamachi crudo; broiled oysters; crispy pork belly; beets and blue cheese salad; and a summer vegetable salad. Then top off the special family day featuring dad with a bourbon chocolate cake; blackberry crème brulee; or maple ice cream with candied bacon.

Trust the Chef
Available every night, sit back and Trust the Chef, as dish after dish of seasonal favourites are shared for a true Ethan Stowell Restaurant tasting experience. Begin the evening sharing six to seven different appetizers. The second course is either a pasta or fish dish, followed by the main entrée. Finish the evening with a delectable dessert. Trust the Chef is perfect for parties of two or four and goes great with a wine pairing.
