Overview

Help baby sea turtles find their way home in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. These tiny Banderas Bay natives will make you proud as they head out to sea. A portion of the proceeds of this incredible turtle release experience at Punta Mita will be donated to Red Tortuguera to fund the research and preservation of sea turtles in the area. Available seasonally from September to January.

Things To Know

: Children 3 years or older must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children under 3 years old are complimentary as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.
Each adult may accompany up to two children.
: The meeting point for this experience is the Cultural Center.  
The exact timing of the experience is subject to sunset time and will be confirmed prior to the activity. Please arrive promptly, as we can only delay this experience up to 5 minutes.
For the safety of the turtles, participants are not permitted to touch the turtles.
Spectators are charged the adult rate.
Participants must walk 5 minutes from the meeting point to the beach (including stairs).
Guests who require wheelchair assistance for the beach area must make their request at least 24 hours in advance.
