Things To Know

: Must be able to walk for 2 hours.
: The tour takes place in Old San Juan, about 45 minutes away from the Resort.
Transporation may be booked in addition: USD 475 for up to 5 people, 625 for up to 12 people.
All reservations are subject to availability. Ideally, bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance, and 7 days prior during high season. Requests outside of this timeframe will be honored based on availability.

: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur a 25 per person rebooking fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
If cancellation is required on our end due to adverse weather or mechanical issues, guests may choose a 100% refund or reschedule. We will notify you as early as possible, but in some cases, this decision may be made on the same day due to unpredictable conditions.
Tours are not cancelled due to rain, but may be cancelled in the event of adverse conditions that pose a safety risk to guests and staff.
