Overview

Experience the longest zipline in the area – over 2,300 feet (700 metres)! Witness the stunning rainforest scenery as you zip between trees and over their canopy level, using eight lines and a double-cable system. On this zipline tour, you depart from and arrive at platforms available on each section. A member of the Rainforest Zipline team makes your line change on each platform.

Things To Know

: Must be at least 8 years old to participate.
Participants must not weigh more than 250 pounds and must be able to fit in the harness, helmet and all required equipment.
Participants should be in good health. If you have high blood pressure, seizures, lung problems, heart disease, muscle or joint issues, back/neck/shoulder pain, balance problems, or fear of heights, you should avoid the zipline to prevent injury or worsening your condition.
Pregnant women cannot participate.
: The tour takes place in Rio Grande, about 25 minutes away from the Resort.
Transporation may be booked in addition: USD 475 for up to 5 people, USD 625 for up to 12 people.
All reservations are subject to availability. Ideally, bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance, and 7 days prior during high season. Requests outside of this time frame will be honoured based on availability.

: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling may be requested with at least 24 hours' notice and will incur a USD 25 per person rebooking fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
If cancellation is required on our end due to adverse weather or mechanical issues, guests may choose a 100% refund or to reschedule. We will notify you as early as possible, though in some cases this decision may be made on the same day due to unpredictable conditions.
Tours are not cancelled due to rain but may be cancelled in the event of adverse conditions that pose a safety risk to guests and staff.
