As Global Guest Services Manager for the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, Ashley Peterson works closely with you to create a personalized itinerary, making sure those elements come together exactly the way you envision them.
In addition to helping you design your journey, Ashley takes care of all the logistical elements of travel, allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. “My goal is to make the planning process as easy and simplified as possible,” she says. Each guest gets individual attention from her from the moment they book their seat until they return home. “I learn what you like, what you don’t like and how you would like to spend your time in each destination. We plan everything ahead together.”

With 52 passengers on each journey, Ashley says, the key to balancing everyone’s needs is to build relationships on a personal level. “You’re travelling with 52 people, but each and every one of those guest itineraries is so different from the others,” she says. “The exclusivity of our touring options, dinners and entertainment are all things that cannot be replicated. I love seeing how individualized we can make each guest’s journey.”

With impeccable organizational skills and a knack for giving structure to creative ideas, Ashley had previously specialized in event planning, executing numerous high-end events in the Seattle area, before joining the Private Jet team in 2015.
While Ashley doesn’t typically travel on each journey, she does attend each welcome dinner with Javier and the Four Seasons Journey team to greet all the guests in person the night before departure. “Meeting each guest is my absolute favourite part,” she says. “After being in touch for months, it often feels like seeing an old friend.”
