April welcomes a classic spring interpretation of Afternoon Tea, featuring fresh seasonal accents such as ricotta tartlets with limoncello and an elegant selection of tea sandwiches. May brings a special highlight: a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea on Saturday, May 9, priced at $95 and inclusive of a complimentary glass of champagne (or a themed mocktail for younger guests). It’s an elevated celebration designed for families to gather and honour the occasion. Afternoon Tea will be closed on Sunday, May 10. The May menu continues the beloved spring assortment, with the same beautifully crafted pastries and savory selections that define our seasonal tea service.

As we shift toward early summer, June introduces subtle, sun‑kissed updates to the savory menu, including a ricotta tartlet with confit tomato, an herb crêpe with smoked salmon mousseline, and a refreshed beef tartare cone with black garlic aioli. Sweets remain delightfully consistent, showcasing the full dessert selection created by Pastry Chef Courtney Persichitte, offering guests a familiar and indulgent finale to the experience.
