In the spirit of joyous revelry, Bacco will also be joining forces with Hennessy Paradis, Valrhona Chocolate, and celebrated Four Seasons pastry chefs, Hector Llompart & Jonathan Pereira to transform their enclosed Terrazza into a Chocolate Paradise Garden for an unforgettable after dinner party. Guests can expect a lively experience that celebrates exceptional culinary talent, world-class cognac, and the art of embracing community. The evening will also feature Parisian-inspired live music curated by an electric violinist and DJ.

For the November edition, Bacco is proud to welcome celebrity chef & television personality, Joe Sasto. After training in acclaimed Bay Area kitchens including Quince and Lazy Bear, he became well known for his expertise in pasta that helped elevate both restaurants to Michelin-star recognition. Today, Sasto reaches millions through his viral social media content and frequent appearances on Food Network and Bravo programs, including Top Chef, Tournament of Champions, Chopped, and Guy’s Grocery Games. This dinner will showcase a thoughtfully curated four-course, family-style tasting menu centred around the theme of lamb, paired with cocktails and regional Italian wines by Bacco’s Lead Sommelier, David Stasko.
