The Merchant Room TerraceWith sweeping views of the Terrace Pool and the sparkling Gulf, this open‑air venue extends award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen’s oceanfront restaurant and provides a truly one‑of‑a‑kind backdrop for private events and celebrations.
The Wager Private Dining RoomOverlooking the golf course, this lively yet relaxed space captures the convivial spirit of The Wager for celebrations and gatherings of up to 40 guests for a seated dinner. Three menu options offer family-style plates, grilled favourites and approachable fare, complemented by access to the curated games area and the outdoor putting course, with bowling available as an optional addition.The private dining room will be available for bookings beginning December 1, 2026.
