Executive Pastry ChefExecutive Pastry Chef Marc Pu combines an engineering mindset with refined pastry craftsmanship. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu with experience across North America, Europe and China, he blends classic French techniques, seasonal ingredients and contemporary creativity to craft elegant pastry experiences inspired by Hangzhou’s poetic Jiangnan charm.
Kiki Hong
Chief BaristaChief Barista Kiki Hong oversees coffee, tea and signature beverages at The Lounge. Inspired by seasonality and Chinese culture, she combines precise techniques with creative expression, including the exclusive Grand Canal Journey and Six Realms coffee series, bringing contemporary craftsmanship to the guest experience.
