DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit for the first and last nights' room rate plus tax is required at the time of reservation. Credit cards are automatically debited. If a credit card is not available, the reservation must be made directly with the Resort. Cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm seven days prior to avoid a two night penalty. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Resort.
