Our comprehensive Fitness and Tennis programs are geared to optimize your overall well-being with a variety of daily classes and clinics, as well as personal instruction available upon request.

Fitness Facilities

Our Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight-training facility equipped with best-in-class equipment. Discover an array of daily classes in the fitness studio to stretch and tone as well as a variety of exercises that can be performed on the open-air movement lawn, or in the dynamic space of the Aerobic Studio. Men's and Women's locker rooms provide restrooms, lockers, steam rooms, showers and full vanities.

Fitness Instruction

We have a talented roster of Fitness Instructors who perform a diverse range of classes including barre, boot camp, yoga, Pilates, rowing, spinning, and many more. We also offer unique movement options such as AquaFit, performed in a section of the lazy river, which focuses on body mass resistance in the water. Certified personal trainers are also available upon request.

Tennis

If tennis is your pleasure, you'll enjoy playing a game on our three Har-Tru courts. If your interest lies in game improvement, our on-site tennis pro Alain Labrecque, in partnership with Peter Burwash International, will put his 28 years of experience to work for you.

Alain holds a USPTA and Tennis Canada Level 1 Certificate and has provided tennis instruction across the globe, including in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Malaysia, St. Martin, the USA and Switzerland. Whether you are interested in individual lessons or partaking in one of our daily clinics, you will leave with tips to help you play better.
