Love gifts the Holidays in the Back Bay

As you enter our Hotel, the lobby is transformed into a winter wonderland with a whimsical chocolate bar as a show-stopping centerpiece displaying chocolate in all forms and fashions. Executive Pastry Chef Rob Differ and his team have curated a selection of chocolate creations, including colourful bonbons, cookies, signature holiday cakes and a hot chocolate bar, as well as our new signature chocolate mousse bar, complete with plenty of toppings to savour. The chocolate wonderland will pop up from December 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023 with weekday hours from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and weekend hours from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Gather over a delightful brunch with family and friends in our warm and sunny restaurant. Connect over rich and comforting flavours inspired by après-ski days and taste the classic European tartiflette, or stay closer to Boston by warming up with a New England après-ski favourite, clam chowder. Guests are encouraged to drop off their favourite books to donate to More than Words, a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers young adults who are in the foster care system, court-involved, homeless or out of school to take charge of their lives by taking charge of a business. The books collected at One Dalton will directly support More than Words and its hands-on job training program where the young adults work as a team to manage their own retail and online bookstore.
