Upon check-in at the spa reception, you will be guided directly to your private Spa Villa. Following your selected therapies, your technician will escort you back to the Spa reception.

- Reservations
- We recommend reserving your treatments well in advance in order to guarantee your preferred therapies and time. You may contact our Spa directly by calling (242) 363-2501 or scan QR code to book online. Pre-booking your services is recommended, although we do welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you.
- Minimum Age Requirements
- Spa guests are required to be ages 18 or over to receive treatments. Spa services are available for teens ages 13 to 17 and salon services are available for kids and tweens ages 5 to 12. For further details, please see our teen and kid spa menu.
- Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your treatments to the credit card provided when booking your services.
- Purchase Policy
- Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if you have a receipt. We cannot exchange opened products.
- Prices and Service Charge
- Menu prices indicate base rates and may increase depending on time and date of treatment. For the most up-to-date pricing during your visit, please refer to the online booking rates or call the Spa to speak to a Spa concierge. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Service prices are inclusive of a 10% value-added tax. For your convenience, a 20% service charge in lieu of gratuity will be automatically applied to your final bill. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.
- Arrival
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you sufficient time to check in and begin enjoying your Spa experience at a leisurely pace.
- Valuables
- For the safety of your valuable items, we suggest you leave all jewelry and money in the safe provided in your hotel room. The Spa will not assume any liability for valuables.
