HOURS OF OPERATION
The Spa is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment date and time. We will request a credit card number from non-Hotel guests to secure an appointment. Spa services are available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Saturdays and Sundays).
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow for a smooth check-in and the opportunity to relax before your treatment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment duration.
We will provide you with a locker that has a digital keypad, allowing you to select your own secure code. Each locker is set with a luxurious spa robe and slippers to wear within the spa. You are encouraged to dress down to your own comfort level, though all of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure complete comfort and privacy.
We recommend you do not bring valuables or jewelry to your spa experience. Before leaving the spa, please ensure that you have not left any personal items behind in your locker or in the pockets of your spa robe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced articles.
SPA FACILITY USAGE
As a Spa guest, we invite you to enjoy our Eucalyptus Steam room and rain shower facilities located in our separate locker rooms on the day of service. Access to our 75-foot (23-metre) Heated Lap Pool and state-of-the-art Fitness Centre is reserved for hotel guests and Four Season Hotel New York Downtown Residence only.
PRIVACY AND QUIET
With tranquility in mind, we require that mobile phones and electronic devices be turned to silent mode and be used discreetly while at the Spa. To respect the privacy of others, no photographs, videos or other social media recordings are allowed inside our spa facilities.
If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing conditions or allergies, please inform our team before booking any spa treatments or using the spa facilities. Kindly advise your therapist before your treatment commences. This will ensure your safety before having any treatments. Guest are required to complete a health questionnaire, where you are able to detail any necessary health concern. Link attached in spa reservation confirmation.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests of The Spa must be at least 18 years of age to experience services, for guests under the age of 18 kindly contact The Spa at +1 (646) 880-1990.
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGE
All prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax as currently mandated by New York City and State, also a recommended service charge equal to 20% of the cost of each treatment will be added and distributed to your service provider as a gratuity.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice from your service start time to avoid being charged the full value of the service. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
