We want you to enjoy your Four Seasons spa experience to the fullest. Here are some suggestions to enhance your time with us:
Arrival
We invite you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to begin your wellness journey with ease. This time allows you to settle in, enjoy our spa amenities, and complete a brief wellness questionnaire. Guests arriving directly from their guest room are welcome to wear their bathrobe for added comfort. If you are visiting locally, valet parking is available at the Resort’s entrance. After parking, please cross the street using the designated crosswalk and follow the Sanctuary Spa signs. Thoughtfully placed directional signage will guide you along the pathway to the spa entrance, located around the left side of the building, ensuring a seamless and relaxing arrival.
A Tranquil Environment
To preserve the serenity of the spa experience for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones and electronic devices remain on silent mode and be used discreetly. Photography, video recording and social media posting are not permitted within the spa to protect the privacy and relaxation of our guests.
Appointments and Reservations
For your convenience, spa appointments may be reserved online or through our Spa Concierge. A credit card, room number or confirmation number is required to secure your booking. We recommend reserving treatments in advance to ensure preferred appointment times.
Late Arrival
Should you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we will make every effort to provide your full treatment experience. Depending on availability, treatment time may be adjusted to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Cancellations and Modifications
Your appointment time is reserved, especially for you. Should your plans change, we kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or modifications. Appointments canceled within 12 hours, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Gratuities
For your convenience, a 22% service charge is automatically added to all services. These gratuities are retained in full by the therapists and team members who contribute to your experience.
Treatment Pricing
Treatments are offered in 50- and 100-minute experiences, beginning at USD 250, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Pricing and availability may vary and can be confirmed at the time of booking through our online reservation process.
Facial Appointments
To maximize your treatment time, we recommend removing makeup prior to your facial. Makeup remover is available in the women’s locker room. Gentlemen are encouraged to avoid shaving for at least two hours before a facial treatment to help ensure optimal comfort and results.
Health and Wellness Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries or special considerations when booking your appointment. Certain treatments may not be recommended during pregnancy or for guests with specific health concerns. Our Spa Concierge will be happy to guide you toward the most appropriate experiences for your individual needs.
Spa Amenities
Our spa amenities include locker areas with relaxation lounges, an outdoor lap pool and deck, and a co-ed Aqua Thermal circuit. Our locker area is equipped with luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as grooming amenities such as body lotion, deodorant, face cream, cotton, cotton swabs, hair gel and hair spray. Disposable razors, toothbrushes and mouthwash are available upon request. Throughout the locker area, you will discover peaceful relaxation lounges where you can unwind with a light refreshment, enjoy a quiet read or simply embrace a moment of stillness before your treatment. This is also where your therapist may personally welcome you to begin your experience. Enjoy our outdoor wellness retreat featuring a 25-yard lap pool, soothing whirlpool and comfortable lounge seating. Whether before or after your treatment, the pool deck offers a serene setting to relax and reconnect. Our co-ed Aqua Thermal Experience is thoughtfully designed to stimulate circulation, ease tension and awaken the senses. This immersive wellness circuit includes a sauna, steam room, ice room, cold plunge, vitality pool, two cooling experiencing showers and two warming experience showers. Journey through each thermal element at your own pace as you prepare both body and mind for your treatment. The Aqua Thermal Experience provides a restorative ritual that enhances relaxation and supports overall well-being.
Personal Comfort
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and provided with a private locker, luxury robe and slippers to enjoy throughout your spa experience. Each locker features a digital keypad, allowing you to create your own personalized access code for added convenience. Your comfort is our highest priority. Undergarments may be worn during your treatment, if preferred. Our licensed therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy, comfort and dignity are maintained at all times, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your experience.
Valuables
For your convenience, we kindly recommend not bringing personal valuables to the Spa. While secure lockers are provided for your belongings, The Sanctuary Spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items. Before departing, we invite you to take a moment to check your locker and robe pockets to ensure you have gathered all of your personal belongings.
Age Policy
To ensure a safe and serene experience for all guests, the minimum age for spa treatments is 12 years old. Guests aged 12 to 17 require a parental or guardian signature prior to receiving services. In accordance with state law, guests under 12 years of age are not permitted to receive massage treatments. For the comfort and tranquility of all guests, access to the third-floor spa facilities, including locker amenities and the co-ed Aqua Thermal Experience, is reserved for guests 18 years of age and older.
Retail Item Return
We are happy to accept returns on retail items within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags intact. A valid sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as swim wear, skincare, beauty products or personal care items may not be eligible for return. Final sale or clearance items are also non-refundable.
Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is accessible only to resort guests. Running shoes must be worn at all times. Guests ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are a thoughtful way to offer the gift of health and relaxation. They can be purchased at the Spa Reception or online. Gift certificates are valid for spa retail or treatments, but cannot be redeemed for cash. They are available starting at USD 50 to a total value of USD 2,000. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the Resort entrance for USD 60. Guests with spa reservations receive a validated valet parking rate of USD 15 through The Sanctuary Spa. Please see our reception team upon arrival or departure from your spa service, and a member of our team will be happy to validate your valet ticket.
