- Reservations & Cancellation Policy
- We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure availability. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card or room confirmation. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full value of the treatment. Group reservations may require a contractual agreement.
- Age Policy
- Guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy any spa service. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted.
- Arrival
- We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to the appointment to check in. Personal lockers, robes and slippers are provided. Our therapists follow strict draping procedures for privacy and comfort. Undergarments will be provided by our therapist. For the ultimate experience, we recommend allowing 30 minutes prior to your treatment to relax and prepare mind and body. Please note that late arrivals may not extend the scheduled treatment time.
