Christian started his career 13 years ago in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, Sorrento. Back in 2013, he was responsible for the opening of the new fine-dining restaurant Don Alfonso in Dubai. Today, Christian is bringing a true taste of Italy to Moscow with his authentic flavours, perfect technique and diverse menu.

After gaining experience in Moscow’s upscale restaurants, then going on to win and judge various professional competitions, Denis is now designing beautiful desserts at our Hotel. Finding new flavours and combining different textures is a true passion for our Executive Pastry Chef. His goal is to create a sweet memory for each guest with incredible taste and innovative presentation.
