Elias Caschili, Italian Chef
Born in Decimomannu, a small town close to Cagliari in Sardegna. His career developed alongside master Chefs like Teresio Busnelli, Luca Montersino, Igles Corelli and in prestigious institutions such as Etoile Culinary School in Venezia. One of the most outstanding experiences for Elias is his work with Sergio Mei, a Sardinian Chef, the first to exploit regional Italian cuisine in a luxury setting at the Four Seasons Milan. Under his tutorship Elias refined his skills, from the gourmet kitchen, through event catering and up to the cooking classes. In his short term in Moscow, Elias already received a Grand Prix in the recognized Moscow Gastronomic Festival, for the most exquisite menu among Moscow's top restaurants.
Christian de Nadai, Italian Chef
Christian de Nadai started his career thirteen years ago in Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi, Sorrento. Back in 2013 he was responsible for the opening of the new fine dining restaurant Don Alfonso in Dubai in 2013. Today Christian brings true Italy to Moscow with his authentic flavors, perfect technique and diverse menu.
