Overview
On June 18, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis welcomes Presqu'ile Winery, one of California's most quietly compelling producers. A family-owned estate in the Santa Maria Valley, Presqu'ile crafts exceptional cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah, inspired by the elegance of Burgundy. For this dinner, Presqu'ile will be pulling library vintages released exclusively for the evening – bottles you won't find anywhere else. A winery representative will guide you through each pour, alongside a thoughtfully paired tasting menu, curated by Chef Thony Yang in partnership with Chef Gavin Kaysen.
