One of the best ways to improve your mobility, core strength and balance is through yoga. With many varieties of yoga, it's important to know a little bit about each before deciding what type of yoga works best for you and your training program. All our classes are available for group, private or family sessions.
On either the white-sand shores of the Resort’s secluded beach or on the peaceful waterside patio at the Spa, wellness classes are available for group and private instruction, while difficulty levels are adjusted to suit the ability of each participant.

This dynamic group of Asana is not regarded as a traditional part of the Hatha Yoga practices, as it was added to the original asana group at a later time. However, it is an effective way of loosening up, stretching, massaging and toning all the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body.
This class is designed for intermediate practitioners. A flow of sun salutations including bending and twisting along with proper breathing, helps to eliminate the respiratory disorder and increase the strength of muscles.
It is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously and a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Note: Classes may be booked at a cost of MUR 1500 for group sessions, or MUR 3500 for a private session. Reiki is priced at MUR 7000 per private session. Kids' Yoga is priced at MUR 1000 per class per child.
