Immersed in the serenity of lush tropical gardens, the Resort's state-of-the-art fitness centre offers a calm oasis for the fitness enthusiast, with a semi-Olympic lap pool, a range of aerobic and weights equipment, Powerplate and a boxing area. Complimentary classes provide expert Four Seasons guidance in jogging, water aerobics, circuit training, stretching and other activities.
Bicycles are complimentary to guests from the Fitness Centre, with child seats and children’s bikes offered, providing the perfect way to explore the Resort’s grounds.

Aside from daily workouts, Jeetun also focuses on helping guests to relieve the body of tensions and muscular pains by stretching out pressure points and using rehabilitation exercises to increase power in muscles.
The Fitness Centre is open to guests aged 12 years or older.
