: Every passenger must have their own seat. Children over 2 years old can fly in a car seat, but only in their own seat. Babies cannot fly on an adult's lap.
: Transportation to helipad
: Comfortable attire is recommended for the flight.
Weight restrictions:
R44 – up to two suitcases, each weighing no more than 15 kg.
B206 – up to three suitcases, each weighing no more than 15 kg.
Bo105 – up to four suitcases, each weighing no more than 20 kg.
: Advance booking is required to secure aircraft availability.
The helicopter can only fly after dawn and before sunset.
Flight times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on air traffic and conditions. Transfers are subject to weather conditions; safety takes priority.
: There is no fee for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time; cancellations made between 36 and 72 hours before the start time will result in a 50% penalty; cancellations made less than 36 hours before the start time will result in a 100% penalty.
