Nanyan Super Tie Guan Yin
These hand-rolled green leaves range from rusty to glossy to frosty and with pale green stalks, Tie Guan Yin is a half-fermented tea. Good quality Tie Guan Yin comes from Nanyan in Fujian Province and has an orchid-like fragrance. The finished product has a golden hue and a refreshing, long-lasting taste.

Fuding White Peony
This lightly fermented White Tea comes from shrubs called Dai Bai and Daffodil Bai in the northern part of Fujian Province. Da Bai in Fuding is used for White Peony. Farmers harvest the tea when the two young leaves sprout in the middle. It is then dried and steeped, resulting in a pale yellow colour that is reminiscent of the White Peony, and a fresh and light taste.

Fuding Jasmine Mao Feng
This Green Tea is non-fermented. Hailing from the Mao Feng of Zhjiang Province, it is blended with Jasmine flowers to aid in the absorption of the floral fragrance. When steeped, the drink is clear, light and fresh.

Yunnan Aged Pu'er
Pu'er Tea is a heavily fermented tea named after Pu'er City, China. Cultivated in the Xishuang Banna area of Yunnan Province, the leaves are large and glossy black with long stalks. When steeped, it becomes burgundy and is subtle and smooth in taste.
