: We ask that you arrive on time for your tour. A late departure from the Hotel or late arrival on site may result in a late return, which would incur overtime charged at pro rata.
Guests must be able to walk for extended periods around Central London.
Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The duration of the experience ranges from 150 to 180 minutes.
The tour guide will meet you in our lobby to begin the experience.
The tour is subject to availability.
Evening rate applies.
Mulled wine, hot chocolates and other refreshments are not included.
Prices are subject to change.
Any tours taking place on December 25 incur a x2 rate supplement.
Any tours taking place on December 26 and January 1 incur a x1.5 rate supplement.

: Cancellation of tours up to 48 hours in advance will be 100% refundable (non-chargeable).
Cancellation of tours within 48 to 24 hours will be 50% refundable (non-chargeable).
Cancellation in fewer than 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
All cancellations are subject to a 3% card transaction fee.
All attraction tickets incur a full charge upon cancellation and are non-refundable.
Tickets will not be provided for personal use.
Please note cancellation of a room reservation does not automatically cancel a tour; tours need to be cancelled through the Concierge directly to avoid charges.
