As we reserve your appointment time especially for you, we ask that you provide 24 hours' advance notice, should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be billed for the full treatment price. Late arrival for any service may limit the length of your treatment and the full-service fee will be applied.
