Indulge in our rich chocolate mousse cake made with premium chocolate from French brand Valrhona. The treat combines chocolate mousse with a hint of bitter espresso jelly and an aromatic crème brûlée infused with coffee beans, resulting in a subtly sweet flavour profile.
