Sicilian-born Spriveri first joined Four Seasons in Milan in 1995, 10 years into his culinary career. In 2013, he joined Four Seasons in Istanbul on the shores of the Bosphorus as Executive Chef before moving to Kuwait to open the first Four Seasons Hotel there. With many projects in his mind about the restaurant and catering facilities, he now leads the new culinary brigade in a city known for its international tastes.
