Our Private Chef's Table can accommodate up to eight guests and presents an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow islanders. For food aficionados and aspiring chefs, The Chef’s Table is an experience to remember, offering a personalized culinary journey and a unique dining experience in the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui Kitchen Studio. Our Chef will prepare an exquisite seven-course tasting menu as he shares kitchen secrets and preparation methods. The evening will include the creation of dishes using seasonal ingredients and techniques from a range of cuisine styles. Our Sommelier will also be on hand to present a selection of superb wines to accompany each course.
The Private Chef’s Table is available daily (except Thursdays and Sundays), subject to availability.
Tailor-made Chef’s Table experiences are available upon request, with prices subject to the menu and wine selection.
