Overview

Embark on an exhilarating eight-mile whitewater rafting journey through the Snake River Canyon. Guided by experienced instructors, you'll navigate Class 2/3 rapids, including Big Kahuna, Lunch Counter, Rope, Champagne and Three Oar Deal, while taking in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West. Trips are available on both 8- and 16-person rafts, with smaller boats offering a more thrilling experience. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced paddler, this adventure delivers unforgettable fun and natural beauty.

Things To Know

: Please arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before your scheduled trip time to check in.
Children must be ages 6 or over.

May 8–17: 1:00 pm
May 18–23: 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
May 24 – June 13: 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 1:00 pm
June 14–30: 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm
July 1 – August 23: 8:30 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 3:30 pm
August 24 – September 6: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:15 pm, 3:30 pm
September 7: 10:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:45 pm
September 8–16: 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
September 17–26: 1:00 pm
It is 3.5 to 4 hours round-trip from office in Jackson. 1.5 hours are spent on the river.
Transportation is not included .
Guide gratuity is not included and recommended at 20%.
Wetsuits and booties avaiable to rent on cooler days for additional charge.
Check-in is 30 minutes before selected trip at the Whitewater office at 945 W. Broadway Jackson, WY 83001. 20 minute drive from our Resort, transportation is not included.

No swimming ability is required; you'll be provided a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket and guided by experienced raft guides.
No alcohol allowed.
Restrooms and changing rooms are available at our shop, and there are rustic restrooms at all river put-ins and take-outs.

Secure footwear sandalls with secure straps or old tennis shoes
Wear a swim suit or quick drying layers (synthetic shirt, shorts)
Sunscreen and chapstick with SPF
A change of clothes and towel.
