Additional enhancement items such as flowers, entertainment and photography are available and will be offered at time of confirmation.
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai reserves the right to cancel your picnic due to inclement weather. In case of extreme weather, your picnic may be rescheduled, based on availability, or cancelled entirely. The Resort will monitor current and future weather conditions and will make all attempts to alert you of any inclement weather such as wind, rain and high surf.
Price is subject to a 20% service charge.
Price is subject to 4.71% taxes and gratuities.
Cancellation fees do not apply if you cancel you picnic 14 days or more in advance of your scheduled event.
There is a USD 500 cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of scheduled start time.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a full cancellation fee will be charged for the event.
