Tai chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that uses slow, controlled and continuously flowing movements to re-energize the body. These graceful movements increase strength and flexibility and improve balance and circulation. Tai chi also reduces stress and enhances total well-being, letting you live in harmony with your self and with nature. A one-hour class is held on Saturdays and Sundays at the Hotel. It is complimentary.
The 24-hour Fitness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. It offers the latest in cardiovascular equipment – with each machine featuring an individual LCD touch-screen television and headphones – as well as an extensive selection of weight-training machines and free weights.
Tai chi classes are also available. Please enquire at the Fitness Centre for details.
