Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese physiotherapy, this mindful experience draws upon tai chi and qigong to restore balance, flexibility and vitality. Guided by Ella Tham, you will be led through flowing movements and breath-led practices designed to ease tension, relieve pain, and reconnect body and mind. Ella is a qualified TCM Chinese Physiotherapist and founder of the charity organization I’m a Smiley, bringing professional expertise and heartfelt purpose to every session.
