Arrival Meet & Greet Service at Hong Kong International Airport

Overview

A dedicated representative from ALLWAYS will greet you at the gate upon entering the terminal, holding a paging sign with your name. They will assist you and escort you through Immigration, baggage claim and Customs to your pre‑arranged vehicle. This meet‑and‑greet service includes access to the Courtesy Channel, which minimizes waiting times during immigration and security checks, ensuring a smoother and more convenient airport experience.

Things To Know

: Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This experience is available to overnight guests only.
: There is a 10% service charge for the experience.
This experience is complimentary for children younger than 2 years old.
This experience is available morning, afternoon and evening year-round.
Hotel transportation can be arranged for an additional charge.
A 50% surcharge will be applied for flights arriving between 12:01 am and 5:59 am.
A 100% surcharge will be enforced during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or in the case of a Black Rainstorm Signal.
Additional fees will apply if the number of guests exceeds the original booking.
: A shared electric buggy service at the following arrival gates: Gates 25–80 in Terminal 1. If you require a chartered buggy service, it can be arranged for an additional fee with prior notice.
Porter service for up to three pieces of luggage per person. An additional charge of HKD 58 plus a 10% service fee per piece will apply for four or more pieces.
: All cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the flight arrival time; otherwise, the full cost will be charged.
