The practices of mindfulness, yoga and meditation enable us to be truly present in our body and mind, bring harmony to our intentions and actions, and generate peace with all living things around us.
Grounding Yoga – Complimentary
Our 60-minute complimentary class focuses on the base of the spine. A combination of standing, balancing and seated postures create stability and security while encouraging a deep connection to the Earth. Suitable for all.
Restorative Yoga (Private Session)
Restorative Yoga is the simple centering of breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movements for extended periods. Props provided for maximum comfort during these private, one-on-one sessions.
The practice of Yin Yoga enhances endurance, flexibility and youth. During this class, you'll learn to understand and nurture the deeper layers of your body by supported stretches and long holds in varied postures to release tension, chronic pain and trauma, as well focus on releasing stress from fascia. This practice helps to reset biorhythms and return to that rejuvenated space of existence which is healing and blissful.
Mindful Breathing & Pranayama
These focused breathing exercises will help you to become aware of your breath patterns and learn how to control and maximize them for increased energy and improved mental clarity.
A dynamic and groundbreaking ‘flying’ practice, AntiGravity® Yoga combines athletic strength with the motion of dance in a session that lengthens the spine and improves flexibility. The bespoke Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock has been specially designed to safely support bodies of all ages and abilities into enhanced and inverted postures not possible in other forms of yoga, to maximize the benefits even from a single session.

Mindfulness & Meditation – Complimentary
Mindfulness is when we bring our awareness to what we are doing in any given moment. Meditation is when we calm our thinking and take time to just be: interlinking practices that help alleviate stress and encourage joy. 45-minute class.
Meaning "union through sound”, this universally accessible practice promotes inner transformation through meditation on sound and tone. Relax with chanting and mindful breathing followed by crystal sound.
Heart Awakening Yoga
Focusing on the heart, this blissful journey of asanas and pranayama, facilitates pure compassion for all, an acceptance of positive and negative elements, and the realization that a universal force unites us all.
Private Yoga Classes
Private 60-minute classes are available in any of the above practices, as well as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga, or for specific ailments.
