- Travel to a private kitchen surrounded by rice fields for a truly Vietnamese experience, available exclusively with Four Seasons. Make fresh tofu using carefully sourced northern soybeans, then observe its transformation into delicate plant-based cheeses. Enjoy a home-style vegan lunch featuring Hoi An local food , while your host – raised in a tofu-making village – shares his personal journey.

- Arrive at a garden-lined gallery dedicated to preserving Vietnam’s cultural and artisanal heritage. Explore handwoven textiles, carved objets d’art and clay works that reflect generations of craft across diverse ethnic communities. The gallery’s founder will share the art of brewing traditional cà phê phin, alongside a conversation on heritage and legacy.
